MCKY Creative Co. reserves the right to make improvements, design, price, and specification changes to its products without notice. Products and services are provided by MCKY Creative Co “as is” with no warranties whatsoever. MCKY Creative Co. agrees that all services will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, and any goods supplied will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for their purpose.
Tax
MCKY Creative Co. is required to charge sales tax in the United States. If you need to fill out a tax exemption certificate, please contact us via email or 717-360-2600. If an exemption certificate is not presented within 24 hours of placing an order, we may be obligated to charge sales tax on your order.
Payment
Payment for design services must be received in full in order to start design services. Based on the scope of your project, we will give you a quote for design services. Any overhaul design changes made after the initial design will be subject to a new design fee (up to $24.50). Additional charges for design overhauls will be quoted and disclosed prior to design changes.
Payment for physical products will be due upon confirmation of order details. Since we are a small operation, for large orders, partial payment may be due up front to help offset material costs.
MCKY Creative Co. uses Stripe, Inc. to process credit/debit card payments. Use of Stripe services are subject to their terms, conditions, and privacy policy.
Shipping
Shipping fee includes shipping and handling. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship most orders unless the customer requests otherwise. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to ship, but shipping time is not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, payment is required at time of order, and products are returnable/refundable within 30 days only if the item is defective. All return/refund requests must be received via email within 30 days of ship date. All returns/refunds must be pre-approved by MCKY Creative Co. staff. Return/refund requests received after 30 days of the ship date will not be honored. In the event of any mistake by MCKY Creative Co., such as the shipment of a defective item, MCKY Creative Co. will be liable only for the cost of the order. Misuse or destruction of shipped items does not equate to a defective item and misused or destroyed items will not be eligible for a refund.

Privacy Policy
MCKY Creative Co. recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible use of information. In general, you can visit our website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.
However, there are times when we may need information from you, such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. Some examples of when we may need information are if you choose to purchase a product directly from our website, request a catalog, or send us questions or comments. We will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily by filling out and submitting an online form. We will not disclose any information you provide to a third party.
